I wish there was an option for zero stars. The service fails to make payments and lacks any customer support, making it feel like a scam. I have evidence of all the coins I was shorted, as there's no way to verify my records. After requesting a cashout via a payment platform, I received an email stating it would be a gift card, but it never arrived. I attempted a cashout of 35, but it never went through, and the platform claimed they had no association with them. I regret my decision. They sent 15.50 for a 1/8 cashout, but I still lost out on the 35, leaving me with nothing after two days. Their responses seem like mere formalities, so don't waste your time.
