Today, I attempted to cash out $100 to my account, having a coin balance of 16,897. The withdrawal was pending, leaving me with 2,697 coins, but later, I noticed my balance suspiciously increased to 11,697 coins. Concerned, I checked my transaction history and found the previous withdrawal attempt erased. This was my first withdrawal experience, and now not only did my attempt disappear, but also 5,200 coins vanished from my account. I earned these coins legitimately, so I don't understand why they would remove them or erase withdrawal history. This is alarming, especially since a friend faced a similar issue where their history vanished after every withdrawal attempt. I’m sharing this review in hopes it will lead to a resolution before things escalate. Thankfully, the CEO reached out to my friend and resolved their issue, and I hope for the same outcome. I have evidence, including screen recordings, of my attempts. I want to continue using the platform, but I can't if I'm not fairly compensated. I even spent extra on the game without reimbursement. If this is how loyal users are treated, I may have to stop using the service and warn others about potential issues with withdrawals. I have contacted support, and I hope for a resolution soon.
Update: The CEO has responded, stating my account is on hold for 14 days due to advertiser actions, and I must complete specific tasks to be eligible for payment. My review remains at 1 star until this situation is resolved, and I want to caution others that similar issues can happen, as it did to my friend.
