I ordered two fans from bigdealk.lk. One unit was delivered and is working fine, but the other one was missing the cups that cover the motor area, and it has the wrong blade with incorrect screw holes. This is a very basic issue, and I have provided them with all the evidence needed to understand it. Anyone with even a little common sense should understand that I cannot fix this incorrect blade and cannot use the fan without the proper one. What is the use of my purchase as a consumer if the product cannot be used?I contacted their support team, and they said they can’t do anything about it now because I didn’t check and report the issue immediately after delivery. How can I fix a fan within 48 hours and check whether the blade holes are correct and usable without confirmation from my electrician? They are now asking me to claim the warranty but haven’t mentioned from whom or where. Aren't they suppose to provide warranty for the products I brought from them?They are not responding to my emails and seem to be trying to avoid the issue instead of helping me. I also asked them to confirm whether they sell brand-new products or reconditioned / used ones, but there has been no response to that either.Please be mindful when purchasing anything from them in the future.
