I bought a TV from BigDeals.lk and the speaker stopped working after a short time. When we tried to get help under warranty, they just kept passing us around instead of giving proper support. The service was worse than dealing with a government office.I’ve had much better experiences with Wasi.com, Damro, and Daraz. I’ll never buy from BigDeals.lk again and will tell others not to either.
