I placed an order on 11/28 and have been trying to reach the support team without success. They deducted money from my account, but the order number I have is reportedly nonexistent. However, I have a tracking number from UPS indicating it should be arriving daily for the past two weeks. I can't get anyone on the phone from either side. It feels like I've wasted $50. Very disappointing.
