Been a member for 12+ years and was always impressed with their website. First time using it since the website change and I have not found anything positive in the experience. Now taxed for games, the value of points gained from buying is not even 10% of their price and the website is completely non-user friendly. You have to ask what happened... and why change something that worked so well.I have ended by subscription and will likely never resubscribe unless they overhaul their system. Such a shame that a site so useful and beneficial has lost its sparkle and has become so money orientated.
