I used their charcoal last year and was impressed but unfortunately I won’t be using them again! When you order the products, you tend to presume you will get them delivered. I understand the products were received by the delivery company two days after I ordered them and thought great. Delivery was scheduled for the following day and so waited, waited, waited a little more, checked the tracker, still waited and then the tracker changed to apologies. No communication from APC. Following day, same again, waited well you get the gist. Day 2 no delivery! Contacted the so called delivery company as I received no communication about delays or why I have not received. Finally told I was upgraded to AM delivery following day. Surprise, surprise no delivery. Contacted Big K for a refund, which they have honoured 5 working days later. Apparently, paint spillage damaged my package which is strange as I my delivery was “upgraded”. All the company had to do was inform me and I would have requested a replacement. But a week of nothing? Very poor customer service by both. Why give them for 1 star, I didn’t receive the products and they chose the delivery company. Also, if you have a customer who has been letdown over a whole week after purchasing your products, you would offer something as an incentive to keep the customer. But no, just an apology and my refund, which I had to ask for.
