The company changes the quality of their charcoal products randomly while still ascertaining the same guarantees which are practically false with the "newer updated" products.They've changed their 25mm cocoshell shisha cubes to a new poorer quality called "cocoglow 26mm" which is not only a smaller pack but performs awful.Contrary to the false claims/guarantees on the box, it produces heavy, toxic and smelly odours, excessive ash, does not get hot enough (keeps turning black unless you keep flipping them), and gives off a horrible aftertaste of coal/chemicals which was not the case with their previous 25mm 72 pack cocoshell cubes! Your shisha coal was the purest and most reliable in the market for years, now you've ruined it in an attempt to cut costs not realising you'll lose alot of customers in the industry. What a shame.That being said Nicola is a star of an employee and offers great customer service.
