Frustrating Experience with Order Delivery

On November 10, 2025, I placed an order for seven T-shirts from the seller, expecting delivery by the 15th, but that didn't happen. I checked the tracking number and saw the package was still in Des Moines, IA. I initiated a search with the postal service, but it led nowhere. I reached out to the seller to inform them they needed to file a refund claim with their postal office by November 19, and I requested they resend the T-shirts. They mentioned having a contact to help track packages and promised to update me if there were any developments. After waiting three days with no news, I followed up for new shirts, but they claimed they were out of my size. I then requested a smaller size for quicker shipping, which they agreed to by the end of the week. However, on Friday, December 5, 2025, I called five times with no response and still no T-shirts. Now, I feel compelled to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges, as it seems they are attempting to take my money without delivering the product.
