TOXIC to anyone who has more than two braincells to rub together and values authentic connection with others, let alone their own humanity. I am a yoga instructor and study psychology as a hobby. I was told by a friend I could possibly make some cash on it talking and teaching practices. I became an so called official host for one year and I suffered emotionally from the money grubbing narcissistic environment. It's filled with ugly people talking nonsense, desperately fawning for attention as they slather on makeup and wiggle around, worshipping their own digitally filtered reflection. The filter makes people look about 10 years younger than they actually are, so I definitely would not recommend it as a way to pick a future hubby or wife. Most people who can do well on it are completely insane and not even worth knowing in reality. It punishes and bans people for really bizarre reasons at times that gets you wondering "What's with all the double standards?". The integrity here is so low that the official hosts lie to and manipulate one another for gifts, so you will likely see them complaining that so and so didn't pay them back. If you want to do something healthier, you may want to consider taking up a pack a day smoking habit so you can at least maintain some form of emotional wellbeing..
