I ordered my connect a month out from my moving date and they ordered my modem the day of the connection. Absolutely useless customer support they offered nothing to make up for their f#@k up and I have no internet for next next 2 weeks and I work from home.Additionally an update on the the support person I spoke to on the chat Jay Also thought this was funny and decided to give me a phone number to call that wasn't for bigpipe after assuring me that if I wanted to speak to someone above him to call the number.They do not care about their customers at all, do not go for bigpipe its the worst customer experience you will ever have in your life.
