They are essentially impossible to get customer service from. While they have toll-free numbers for sales, you have to call them in India directly if you need technical support. They say on their web site that tech support is available 24/7, but this is not true. They told me twice that someone was going to contact me to resolve my issue, and that never happened. The people that you do speak with on the phone have very poor command of English, and there is so much noise in their office that you can't hear what they are saying. Avoid like the plague.
