The servers of Bigrock are totally undependable. Apparently one of our email id was hacked leading to a financial fraud and a police compaint was lodged. So to begin with there is no security on their server. the level of secuiry is very basic leading to such hijacks and spam emails. Then, Instead of urgently helping customers to track IP adrees and location of accesss, they ask for 24 hours to revert. The arrogant Service agent refused to connect me to a Sr. Supervisor too and hung up. Hin name was Mr Roshan M from Mangalore. Make these guys famous. !!
