I am seriously sad to write this, I was using hosting which turned to bugrock. I tried removing some old emails and all emails cleared. I tried on other account and it also got cleared. I asked them for the issue they said I myself did it knowingly and they can't help me. Then I requested for backup to which they said it's a premium backup and it will be chargeable. And I was stuck so I had to do something for recovering my data. I paid the amount and got a backup after 1 day. And tried to extracting data from it and found the emails I need are not there. There are emails from.2023 which I need this years emails. And it is a weekly backup. Absolutely untrustworthy and unhelpful. I asked them to check it and I think it's all my fault. It just been a few days I think and it started. It is seriously sad as they already write in their conditions that it can not be complete and they are not promising. Now I want to ask they support and every night we cannot login to our user panel to contact support. Seriously very sad and disappointed even after paying for backup. Downloaded 100s of gbs of paid waste material which is already on my drive. And did not found the information I need.
