Their website is easy to navigate, and their directions for boxing up and sending in cell phones and tablets are very clear and easy to understand. I also really appreciate that they give you a few options on how those old cell phones can/will be used in the future (e.g. help victims of domestic violence, or to provide phones for soldiers overseas).
