These nice people of BikeFair helped me trough a long proces of orientation in buying , paying and even cancelling the buy of a secondhand bike - Never heard of them…I, a terrible nitwit on bicycles, framesizes , Marktplaats, and online commerce , found myself chatting along with a certain Robin as if we were both humans and not seller and buyer - He really reacted on every single stupid or worried question of mine with patience and empathy- when after all the buy had to be cancelled it was Jan who communicated in exactly the same sweet and clear way.
