I received a triangular shaped water blatter from BTD. It is designed to fit in a triangle frame pack and hold 3 liters of water. I was very excited to get the hydration bag and try it out. I filled it up and placed it into my triangle frame bag. As I was packing other things, I notice water dripping from the bottom of my frame bag. I discovered that the new hydration bladder was leaking at the fitting attached to the bottom of the blatter. Bike Tires Direct requested a photo to confirm the issue and send me a return shipping label. After they received the defective blatter, they immediately sent me a new replacement. The new replacement works great! I'm happy with the service I received and would consider ordering from them again.
