Working with them has been frustrating, and they have requested illegal information. First complaint: They delayed informing me about my credentialing status with a payer for months, claiming they wouldn't notify the medical provider until receiving a welcome letter, disregarding the contract. Second: Their bi-weekly status checks are ineffective; they only checked when I prompted them, leading me to discover my credentialing status on my own. Third: Colorado Medicaid sent them multiple requests to fix an application error, but they denied receiving them, despite me providing screenshots of the requests. Fourth: I chose their service because they promised that applying to the Medicaid RAEs in my state was included in the general application cost, but they are now backtracking on that despite my repeated inquiries. Fifth: They have asked for my username, password, and backup codes for my account, which is illegal according to the platform’s policy. This has led to the platform flagging them, which may prevent their access. I am currently trying to secure a refund, though I doubt it will be successful.
