Took 20 days to be delivered Bike came with several scratches & small hole in seat I called them and apparently brand new bikes always come with scratches on. I was advised if I sent it back to them for replacement ild probably end up with one that’s a lot worse….When buying something brand new for £2,099 it shouldn’t have scratches
