User, please beware when I say steer clear of this company I mean steer clear! This company offers no support whatsoever. I signed up for trial account. We are still waiting on funds from an account ours that we invoice of $2500. They have no clue where the money is. They have no clue as to where the funds have been dispersed to. I’ve been on hold today over two hours and 45 minutes and still no resolve after being disconnected from the call with the support representative Fernando, I was then told my account has been deactivated and they can no longer offer services for my company.
We are professional or organization. This company had engineering issues for the last two days. We were unable to login to the account. It said that your email address and password was not on file. They had the audacity to not reach out to the patron who used their platform to let them know that we couldn’t login I had to call in and couldn’t even get a live representative after I spoke with someone today. They still didn’t inform me that something was going on with their internal system, where there were several users who cannot belong in this in my opinion is unacceptable. I told him please disperse the funds that our client sent to your payment processing system after going through all the reviews that I’ve read on this company. After the fact, I realized this was a huge and monumental mistake. They are offering no records or restitution to help us out for their error. I have no interest in doing business with a copy like this ever again and I do plan on filing a formal business litigation Suit with this company because this is ridiculous business practices and if they don’t have it together, don’t offer your services. It’s that simple!
