Received items but had to send half back, and the returns process is confusing. Hermes or non-pre paid sticky label in the package. Have asked several times for clarification from them via email - and nothing. So have sent back via Hermes hoping for the best but reading these reviews I hold little hope thank goodness I have registered the return and bought via PayPal. As I’m hoping this will cover me if they play up.
