My £125 wetsuit was not delivered yet debited from my account. DPD report they did not have it despatched to them. Billabong were very slow to respond to my first email and requested lots of proof. I still have had no response from my second email 8 days and counting. There is no other means of contact on their website and their website doesn’t work in parts.I am also receiving lots of spam emails in french. I have missed out on 2 surf trips and this is taking up a lot my time. Incredibly frustrating! Please hurry up and sort billabong.
