Refund Received! I can't pretend it was a flawless experience and reading the reviews on here definitely got me very worried. I think their customer service is very slow at the moment maybe due to covid. I returned 2 orders over a month ago and had heard nothing. However I contacted them on instagram yesterday and got a reply immediately, they said they would pass it on and in less than 24 hours I have received my refund to my card. So it was very slow and worrying at first however they are there and they are giving refunds. So I would suggest messaging them privately on instagram as this worked for me
