Very unprofessional sales rep. No value of someone’s time. I had been in touch for a viewing 1st thing in morning when they opened and had mentioned the arrival time since i was 2.5 hours far from the showroom. I reaching on the mentioned time, some other customer was there just 10 mins before me (as told by sales rep) so i was not given first chance to test drive even though i have been in touch all along my travel. Out of courtesy i could have been offered the first chance to test drive as i was only 10 mins behind and no one has gone yet out for test drive. Everyone was waiting including the person who arrived 10 mins before me. Such a shame. Then after waiting for 40 mins almost the car was sold to the 1st customer.
This gives a hint of how unprofessional these people are.
