The worst experience I’ve ever had…

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online. I bought my boyfriend custom pool balls on January 1st assuming they would have made it for his birthday. After they did not arrive and no confirmation of being sent I called multiple times to which they told me “they were still fulfilling orders from Christmas and that they would be sent by end of January. End of January comes still no pool balls so I call customer service again to which they say they didn’t physically have the balls to be printed so that’s why it was taking so long but rest assure I’d get them by Valentine’s Day. So last week I call and they said they still did not have the balls but again they were getting them and I would forsure have them for Valentine’s Day. Here I am on February 12th with no confirmation of my order and no delivery status. So I call and was told “the balls had just arrived today” this is totally unacceptable from a reputable brand. I said it’s too late for excuses and apologies to which their customer service agent said she wasn’t apologizing… honestly did not raise my voice once but I should’ve cursed her out. I’m calling my bank now and claiming a fraud charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
