I ordered a case for my new pool cue. The picture on the order page showed a black case in the model I wanted. So I placed the order, not realizing they changed the color to PINK (it was the only one of that model left in stock). I was never alerted that there would be a color change. When I contacted customer service, I got less than "the customer is always right" attitude. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping of the unwanted case AND shipping of a new case because it was under the $75.00 free shipping threshhold
