They advertised a cue, I made the purchase after having saved for almost a year to make my dream cue purchase. I awaited the delivery, and it came quickly. I opened it to find that the cue was not what I ordered. The advertised cue had the signature blackdot shaft. And the cue shaft provided did not. I decided to try and use the cue, hoping maybe the quality would be at the same level or better. However it turned out to be the cheapest quality shaft I had ever used. I was very, very , very unhappy at this point and reached out to Billiards.com. They responded after a full day and said I could not be sent the correct shaft ( blackdot shaft ) as advertised and again, purchased because they no longer make them. That is why I was shipped the cheap quality shaft. I asked for them to fix the issue and send one of the same quality as I ordered or better then. They refused. Then they said I could send back the cue and get a refund for my purchase eventually at my expense. I wrote and again expressed my now irritation as to how the transaction was being handled. I made a purchase for a product and they did not send me that product. Now I have to pay for shipping to return the attempted "scamlike" sell? They replied basically saying that they would issue a refund still, and now they would send a return label for me if I wanted. Again, I said I dont want a refund, I just want a good Meucci Cue with a blackdot shaft or comparable shaft for it. I dont want to be without a cue again for an unknown amount of time while I await you to hopefully refund my purchase once the cue hopefully gets to where you want it. Then I have to find another cue and hope that its what I ordered again. Id rather they just fix it now and make it right since it wasnt right and they are aware of it. Instead they just blanket replied with, send back the product for a refund. It was almost inhuman how they handled it. I am very ulset and worried I will be without a cue for months now because of this.
