I have gold vip status and for no reason they upped my minimum withdrawal from $50 to $250 and when I asked why they did that through customer service they lied to me and said it was out of their control and then suspended my account pending am investigation they refuse to share about what and are holding my $200 hostage and are being unprofessional and acting like schoolyard bullies. It takes a long time and quite the investment to attain gold status and this is how they show their appreciation for my loyalty. Avoid at all costs they are ugly people and absolutely lack any sort of professionalism. Save your money and save your headache and warm everyone you know to avoid by all means necessary!
