I deposited 50€ into my account on 09.04.2025 and requested a withdrawal. However, I was informed that I had to wager my deposit [3x] before I could withdraw, even though the terms on the website only stated that a [1x] wagering requirement was necessary. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, my issue remains unresolved, and my withdrawal has not been processed. I find this situation extremely frustrating and unfair, and I am requesting a full refund of my deposit.
