Well had an issue with a bonus. So went and chatted with customer support and yes you actually chat with a real Human. My guy was KYLE from Day One .. Perfect example of great customer service. It took abit to see what happened which happens from time to time Kyle kept a good report with me apologized for the length it took gave me and great option to solve me issue and I counteroffered until with came to an agreement..
