Please read their thousands of 1 star reviews on Google maps!!!Took only 1 traumatic trip from Bandar Utama to Singapore with Billion Stars 2years ago and it was an absolute nightmare....and trust me they are still in operation and have not improved. They must be brining someone to keep their company going!! My experience was 3 bus breakdowns, filthy interiors, unexplained delays, and finally being abandoned by the driver before reaching the destination. Drivers were unprofessional — smoking on the bus, not helping elderly passengers, and unable to communicate properly.The company hasn’t responded to complaints and based on countless similar reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern.
