This was our first time outsourcing a video from Billo. The process is smooth and the UI is user-friendly. We asked for some revisions even it's already outside the given timeframe and the Billo Support Team was really great in helping us. They were able to accommodate all our add-ons without additional cost! We will definitely use Billo again in the future! Great job guys!
