I am going to give you a very honest review of this company.
My daughter was taken lessons in London then moved to another town and continued to take lessons with a new instructor.
At first all seemed to be ok, she was told she was ready to book her test which she did.
The instructor reassured her that he would be available on the test date.
My daughter informed the instructor before hand that she was booking the test he said all was fine.
Months down the line my daughter was contacting him to arrange lessons and to reconfirm that he would be available for the test.
No reply, contacted him on several occasions again no reply.
I had no other choice but to step in and contact the driving instructor myself.
To which he did not reply to me.
I then sent him a text to which he then messaged my daughter he was not available for the test.
We then had no choice but to have to locate another instructor, bill plant where useless in trying to find another instructor as it was short notice even after explaining that it was their instructor that had cause this issue.
We then spent stressful days looking for a new instructor.
In which my daughter had no alternative but to rebook her test date.
Thankfully Drive Johnson's where there to help us with a professional and can do attitude.
I'm pleased to say my daughter went onto pass with Drive Johnson's with zero minors.
So if you are looking for an instructor don't go with Bill Plant they will do you out of money and give you unnecessary stress!
