I purchased a map update back in august for my F15 X5 50i. I recently updated my car's iDrive and the maps broke. Instead of charging me for another update they gave me an updated installer for the new version of iDrive free of charge, and they did it within 24 hours of the first email I send to their support, on a weekend. Overall Amazing experience!
