I purchased maps and Car Play from Bimmer-Remote a year ago. Went to dealer shop for service recall procedure - they updated software and erased all of that, resulting that I have car with useless Navigation. Dealer wanted me to leave car for whole day to work that out. I wrote email to Bimmer-remote and he promptly solve my problem - all back to normal again, with few e-mails, one cable and 10 minutes in car!
