I was not able to get my head unit map updated. I downloaded the requested items but the map updated didn't work. The tech, Gerry, suggested my head unit need flash reset in order to update maps. He attempted to flash head unit but it failed and now my head unit is completely disable with a blue screen showing flashing progress. Gerry recommended I download another file to in to complete the flash, but I could only download about 14 GB of the 138 GB file. Download was extremely slow. Customer service from Gerry was good, but it didn't work and my head unit is currently inoperable. I'm requesting a refund of $249 for the map update and the $100 for flash attempt.
