First election was for e-mail download to 64GB flash drive. Turned out that download speed for my particular setup was too slow to download to my satisfaction.From the same e-mail, with one click and a nominal additional fee, BIMMER AMERICA sent a preloaded 64GB flash drive and 4-step easy to follow installation process via USPS express mail. Arrived in my mailbox: Redmond, WA to Miami, FL in 3 days. Postage paid envelope included to return the flash drive to BIMMER.Followed the elementary installation instructions on the cover letter included, and on the video screen in the car. BINGO. 40 minutes later my map system was updated from the original 2016 factory installation! My updated Nav system works as advertised with the new install, no glitches at all. Can’t get any easier than that! That’s why I gave BIMMER a 5-star write-up.
