Just updated the NAV system on my 2014 BMW 528i everything wentgreat. I opted for the USB supplied with a postage supplied return envelope from Bimmer America to return the USB drive. I received theupdate in the morning, updated my navigation and mailed back all the same day could not be easier. Will be a repeat customer.
