I approached this company as I wanted a bare metal server to move client websites too as my current provider was inadequate. I sent details of my requirements. I had one reply to ask about my budget, but didn't get any further replies. Tried to follow up a few days later and still haven't heard back after a few weeks. Ticket is still open on their support portal, but no updates in 2 weeks. If this is their response to quotes / sales, I can't imagine what their support response time is like.--- Update - 16/04/2026The company has now reached out to me following this review. They claim my email was flagged as spam, despite someone initially responding to my request. I will update the review accordingly based on the outcome of the follow up.
