Disappointed

Hi team, we just came back from a very disappointing bingo loco in Melbourne, as an avid bingo loco fan I was disgusted with the behaviour of your presenter tonight. I have enjoyed bingo loco in a few different countries and could not believe the audacity of your presenter tonight. My friend won the golden ticket (also a frequent to your events) and was told she did not win the prize she took that with grace but also confusion. She was aware her bingo sheet was difficult to read but also made the presenter aware of this. After having the song “f you” played, being flipped the bird and getting off stage very embarrassed she double checked her sheet with not just our table but a sheet from another person unrelated to our table sheet. Both concluded she won. As she was mortified my partner who is an auditor (can count) notified your presenter (can’t count) and was told to hold on while he presented the reward to another audience member. I joined my partner and requested he sits down when I (sober) had a conversation with the presenter. The presenter advised “he cannot change the past” and told me to sit down, confused I asked why would you embarrass her in front of the whole bar if he wasn’t going to take responsibility for his actions he re-iterated “I can’t change the past” as if that was an excuse for his lack of care. It ruined the event for our two tables of 25+ people who were very excited to come to the event as we had sang the praises of bingo loco as it has always been a well ran and organised event that I even encouraged PWC to do their corporate events at in Ireland. I would strongly recommend a new presenter in Melbourne or some positive action to be taken. The same thing happened in Dublin once and instead of the “I can’t change the past” response I got an apology and a €150 tab as a token to their mistake. I am not one to complain but I was in shock and so was my whole table it really ruined the night. I hope you see the video and pictures of the bingo cards and note that this really affected our tables.
