SCAMMERS—they hold onto your money! I deposited funds, and then I couldn't figure out how to buy cards, with no support available, not even live help, despite it being early morning. When I mentioned that if they accept deposits, there should be assistance available, they claimed I couldn't discuss it in chat. If it’s true, it shouldn’t be censored. They want to keep issues hidden. The staff was unhelpful, and when I tried to withdraw, they made it impossible. You need at least $100 to withdraw and wait 2 to 3 weeks to get your money back. That’s unacceptable. They don’t take weeks to grab your money, do they? To top it off, I used a payment method that they can’t refund. They accept transfers but can't return funds through that. They hide behind rules and terms that no one reads, knowing they can take advantage of you. When you have a complaint, they want to dismiss you instead of addressing it constructively. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY.
