If you win over $100, you can't get verified because you can't deposit if you exceed that amount. What kind of rule is that? I ended up playing their game and intentionally lost until I reached $95. Then, there’s another catch: you need to understand cryptocurrency or Bitcoin (which I learned). I managed to deposit $25. I contacted the support team, which is always this unfriendly representative. I asked why I still couldn’t withdraw, and she told me I deposited less than the minimum. I was confused since I deposited $25, but she mentioned they use USD. What? (I use CAD currency). I inquired if I just needed to deposit another $25 USD to access my winnings, and she said no; that only applies to the first deposit.
