I am extremely frustrated! I've reached out multiple times, but received no response. They created a shipping label days ago but failed to deliver it to the postal service. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. Even after I was told to wait, there was no update on my order. This company seems to have a pattern of dishonesty and poor service. I would advise against ordering from them.
