I am writing this to warn everyone about this scam. I have already provided my official bank statement and payment proof, which clearly shows the Transactionid, exact time, and date of the payment.
Despite providing all the legal proofs they are now harassing me to provide the receiver's full UPI ID. I have already consulted with my bank and PhonePe support, and they have strictly denied giving out such private information due to security reasons.
It is clear that they are using this as a fake excuse to hold my money and not process my work. This is a classic scam tactic where they keep asking for details that a common user cannot provide.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are fraudsters who will take your money and then make excuses. I am reporting this to the Cyber Crime Department and sharing this experience everywhere to save others from losing their hard-earned money.
