I am absolutely disgusted and frustrated with Binomo. This platform has become a nightmare for honest traders. I made two separate deposits of ₹4,000 and ₹8,000 (Total ₹12,000). Both transactions are officially SUCCESSFUL from my bank's side, and the money has been debited.
However, Binomo's support is acting like a bunch of scammers. They keep giving me scripted replies saying "We haven't received it" or "Go to the bank." Why should I go to the bank when the money is clearly with your payment gateway? This is sheer mental harassment. I didn't join this platform to waste my hard-earned money and then beg for it like a victim.
It’s been days, and there is no resolution, only excuses. This is how you treat your customers? By eating their money and providing zero support?
To the Owner/Management: If you have even a bit of professional ethics left, check my case immediately. I have all the proofs and transaction receipts. Don't tell me to "wait" or "contact support" again—I've done that 100 times. CREDIT MY MONEY NOW!
I will not stop until I report this fraud on every social media platform, consumer forum, and legal channel in India.
