Actually a zero - I ordered the Solar Bird fountain. I got a cheap plastic bowl and chains to hand it with - but not any of the solar parts. I sent an email asking for a return label and a refund. They insist that I send pictures of what I got and I am unable to do that. I did send a picture of the mailing label. Totally unprofessional.
