My order for a shirt was never delivered. There was no real confirmation of delivery, just a vague text saying "package on its way." Nothing was on my porch. Over 40 days have passed with still no package. They refuse to assist me, claiming it shows as delivered, even though it isn't anywhere. I've never experienced a package just not showing up before! If other platforms can manage deliveries, why can't this one? Now I'm out $40.
