The products are good, but the delivery and customer service leave much to be desired. If you need anything urgently, be prepared to wait over a week. Although I paid for fast delivery, it never arrives on time; the usual wait is around 2 weeks. The product I received isn't available on many other platforms, but if it were, I would have switched suppliers by now.
