I never signed up for autoship, and there is nothing in my account showing that I enrolled in or authorized recurring shipments. Despite this, they shipped product and charged my card without any email notification or way to cancel beforehand.It took four emails to get a response, and they simply said they would “cancel autoship” going forward — without explaining how I was enrolled in the first place. When I asked where autoship appears in my account and how to manage it, they never answered.They told me I could return it, but only at my own expense. Charging customers for unauthorized shipments and making them pay to fix it is unacceptable.
