I have used biocomplete 3 for over 2 years now on and off.I have tried other products,mainly due to cost.Non have done the same job as biocomplete 3.The main thing it does is stop the food noise in my head and helps control my sugar cravings.I have also lost weight while taking them.When I run out my cravings start all over again.
